Well, it’s been a quite week in Lake Weightbegone, my new hometown on here on the edge of good health.
The days have sped by. In fact the weeks have sped by. It’s been too long since my last report. Actually it’s been a month and a half since my last report. Wow, where does the time go?
I am fully in “new job mode” these days. My new job takes be to various locations and I’m just getting started. I am currently at my third site. My job is to go from site to site doing whatever I am asked to do. And that requires a very flexible nature, which I have. At the same time it brings various physical challenges.
I’m now at a law office in Seattle. It has two floors and I have to go between floors a few times a day. That is taking its toll on my knees. There is a good bit of walking in this job and so my daily steps have been pretty good. But then came Thursday. I called in sick with a cold. I was down for two days.
Sadly my tracking completely failed the entire week, as it has over the last five weeks. I did no intentional exercise at all. The job and its travel time simply do not permit it.
With all of this failure, I was pleased to see no weight gain for this period.
Current weight: 207.3 lbs
Weight change since last weigh in: -0.3 lbs
The goal for the coming week is to get back on track with tracking.
